Billed as 'Cachd-ach-Cruaidh and Friends', this late-night hoolie at The Grant Arms Hotel features one of
Speyfest's ever-presents sharing the stage with as many of their musical peers as they can persuade to join them......and that's likely to
be a good number. Starting after the Opening Concert at the Tented Village has drawn to a close, The Cachds will be on stage late into
the night along with a supporting cast that may be the festival's best kept secret. In the summer of 2007, Cachd-ach-Cruaidh took their
music to Azerbaijan and all proceeds from this gig will be donated to an orphanage in the country’s capital, Baku where the band performed
during the tour. There is surely no better way for Speyfest 2008 to bow out of the Grant Arms Hotel!!
When the stage shuts down tonight, it's time for bed.
